Shipping policy

At Rohanza, we deliver our products across Pakistan. We work with courier services to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

Rohanza currently delivers orders within Pakistan only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250
  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 3,499

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Lahore: 2–3 business days
  • Other cities in Pakistan: 4–5 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Courier Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond Rohanza's control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Unforeseen logistical or operational issues

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in case of delivery delays.

6. Delivery Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • House/Street address
  • City
  • Any other information required for successful delivery

Rohanza is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Cash on Delivery

Rohanza currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

8. Failed Delivery / Unreceived COD Orders

If a COD order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or does not receive the parcel, Rohanza may contact the customer and attempt delivery again.

Repeated failure to receive COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

9. Order Tracking

Where courier tracking is available, tracking information may be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.
